Strength training app for iPhoneComing early November 2026

Your workout, your plate, your supplements. One app.

Lesto logs your sets in one tap, lights up the muscles you worked in 3D, tracks your meals and supplements, and its AI coach understands what you tell it. No account, your data stays on your iPhone.

Pre-orders on the App Store open in mid-October: the link will show up here. Until then, just send an email and we’ll let you know.

330 animated exercises. The working muscle lights up.

Every exercise in Lesto has its own 3D demo on a real anatomical body. The main muscle glows red at the moment of effort, the secondary muscles more softly: you see what you should feel before you lift.

  • Barbell bench press
  • Barbell back squat
  • Deadlift
  • Pull-ups
  • Standing overhead press
  • Barbell hip thrust
  • Bent-over barbell row
  • Dumbbell lateral raise
  • Barbell biceps curl
  • Rope triceps pushdown
  • Romanian deadlift
  • Bulgarian split squat
  • Wide-grip lat pulldown
  • Cable crossover
  • Leg press
  • Standing machine calf raise
  • Chest dips
  • Face pull
  • Hanging leg raise
  • Kettlebell swing
  • Push-ups
  • Seated cable row
  • Front squat

Three apps in one. Plus a coach.

Your training log, your nutrition tracker and your supplements, in one place and connected. What you eat and what you take sit right next to what you lift, and the AI coach ties it all together.

Workouts

Weight and reps pre-filled from your last workout, a set logged in one tap, personal records detected automatically, programs week after week.

3D Body

Every set counts toward the muscles it works. Your week shows up on a 3D body, and every exercise plays its animation before you do it.

Nutrition

The Ciqual food composition table (French agency Anses) offline, barcode scanning, spoken meals, meal plans and what you have left to eat today.

Supplements

Creatine, whey, omega-3: a reminder at the right time, a dose checked off in one tap, and fact-based guides, no miracle promises.

AI Coach

Describe your workout or your meal like a text message, and it prepares the entry. Ask it for a workout, and it builds one with your weights.

Workout

Your whole workout on one screen. No scrolling.

Between sets, you don’t have time to hunt around. Lesto shows what matters at a glance and keeps your thumb on the only button that counts.

  1. One tap per set

At the top, your progress, the exercise, its photo and your rest. Below, all your sets with the weight and reps from last time. Adjust with a tap, log it with the yellow button, and the rest timer starts on its own.

    • Weight and reps pre-filled
    • Warm-up calculated, personal records detected
    • Eight sets visible without scrolling
Workout in progress, barbell bench press: progress bar, eight sets visible, set 2 active at 77.5 kg × 10 and the “Log set 2” button at the bottom.
  2. Your program, your way

Your program week, planned and completed workouts, ready-made programs based on your days and your level. You always know where you stand: week 10 of 12.

    • Programs from 2 to 6 days
    • Program generator (Premium)
Programs screen: the active Upper/Lower 4-day program in week 10 of 12, completed programs and ready-made programs filtered by number of days.
  3. Make changes, nothing breaks

Rename a workout, duplicate it, move it within the week or delete it. Lesto swaps days cleanly and keeps your history intact.

Workout menu: Rename, Duplicate, Move within the week, Delete workout.
  4. Every exercise, adjustable

Sets, rep range, rest and weight are set per exercise. Not feeling an exercise? Swap it for an equivalent that targets the same muscles.

Upper A workout expanded on the bench press: settings for sets, reps 7-11, rest 2:45 and weight 82.5 kg, with the Auto weight and Replace buttons.

Workout complete

Your finished workout, center stage.

Fifteen seconds to see what you just did: total volume, muscles lighting up one by one, personal records falling, recovery, and your week moving forward. Understated, no confetti, and “Skip” always in view.

8 personal records broken: barbell hip thrust 119.5 → 122.5 kg, leg press 5,400 → 5,425 kg of volume, seated calf raise 63 → 70 kg.
Calendar: 24 weeks in a row, best streak, one wildcard available for a missed week, and the month of October with completed workouts underlined.
Alex’s profile: athlete card with 85 kg bench press, 105 kg squat, 130 kg deadlift, 24 weeks in a row and 12 of 15 badges.
  • Weekly streaks, not daily ones. Hit your weekly workout goal and the streak keeps going. One wildcard a month covers a missed week.
  • Records that matter. Estimated 1RM, more reps at a given weight, biggest volume, first round numbers: 100 kg deserves a celebration.
  • Badges for real milestones. 10, 50, then 100 workouts, first full month, 100 tonnes lifted in total. About fifteen of them, not a pile of gimmicks.

3D Body

See where the work really goes.

Every set counts toward the muscles it works. Your week shows up on a 3D body: tap a muscle to see its sets, its recovery and the exercises that target it.

animated exercises, with coaching cues

  • The main muscle in bright red, secondary muscles lighter, in time with the effort
  • Front and back, from every angle: spin the body with your finger
  • A neglected muscle stays pale: you see what needs catching up
Target a muscle screen: the clay 3D body, the slider of weekly sets per muscle and the list of muscles.
“Your body over 4 weeks” card: two bodies, front and back, colored by consistency, 29 muscles worked nearly every week.

AI Coach

Tell it about your workout. It logs it.

The coach reads your log and speaks gym. Type or dictate the way you talk, and it replies with a card ready to save. Nothing goes into your log until you confirm.

You have 180 g of protein left today: you haven’t logged anything yet, and your goal is 180 g.
The coach replies “You have 180 g of protein left today” with the Your intake card: 2,090 kcal and 180 g of protein remaining.

Describe a workout

“This morning: bench 4 × 8 at 80 kg” becomes a full workout, ready to edit or save.

Describe a meal

By text or by voice: it finds the foods, the amounts and the macros.

Generated workout

Based on today’s recovery, your equipment and the time you have.

Questions about your log

“Can I train legs today?”, “How’s my bench press going?”

The coach is part of Lesto Premium. It only turns on after your explicit consent, and gives general fitness advice, not medical advice. It needs an internet connection; exactly what it receives is spelled out in the privacy policy.

Nutrition

Say what you eat. Lesto does the math.

One sentence is enough: Lesto builds the meal, food by food, with amounts and macros. You adjust, you add. Nutrition tracking for lifters, without the headache.

Your recent foods as tiles: one tap opens the food and its amount, a second adds it.

First launch

Two minutes to set your calories.

When you first open it, Lesto asks for your age, height, weight and goal, calculates your basal metabolic rate (Mifflin-St Jeor equation) and derives your calories and protein from it. Try it:

Estimate for an active lifestyle and four workouts a week. In the app, Lesto fine-tunes it with your real activity level, your workouts and your weight curve. General advice, not medical advice.

Onboarding, your height and weight: 178 cm and 78 kg, with the basal metabolic rate calculated live, 1,723 kcal, along with its formula.
Onboarding, your calories and macros: daily target of 3,100 kcal for a bulk, a 280 kcal surplus.
Onboarding, supplements if you want them: creatine and whey, what they do, when to take them, with the level of evidence.

Then a quick tour of the app, a ready-made program based on your days and your goal, and supplements explained: what they do, when to take them.

Calendar

Your month at a glance.

Completed workouts underlined with a slanted stroke, planned ones dotted, supplements taken and the days your nutrition hit the target. Below, the month in review: workouts, volume, days you hit your protein.

  • A complete legend: done, planned, missed, rest, supplements, nutrition
  • The current week in a sheet, from the home screen or the coach
  • Light or dark, following your iPhone’s setting
